Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

 50 g Peanut Flour
 14 g Chocolate Chips
 20 g Cocoa Powder
 2 Packets Splenda
 300 g Raw Zucchini (remove excess water)
 60 ml Butter Flavor Sugar Free Syrup
 2 Large Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
 100 g Peanut Butter

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor except the chocolate chips.

Pour into a loaf plan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350F for about 30min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
