Ingredients

 3 Slices Bread (I use white sourdough or French)
 150 g Liquid Muscle or Muscle Egg
 1 tsp Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice or Honey Habanero Spice (Optional)

Directions

Coat a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat.

Pour Liquid Muscle or Muscle Egg into a flat pan and add optional spices as desired.

Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot.

Notes

Great topped with peanut butter, ham bacon and Sugar free syrup. Macros are for toast only with no toppings.
